You will be an effective member of the Gynaecology Ultrasound team. You will provide the highest standard of Gynaecology Ultrasound service to patients in our expanding Non-Obstetric Ultrasound Service, working autonomously in a community setting. Job responsibilities Assist other Sonographers in maintaining service quality. Perform regular quality control tests and report malfunctions. Ensure patient welfare and comfort at all times. Collaborate with the Referral Management Centre to provide written reports to GPs within 2 days of appointments. **Please note we do not offer visa sponsorship** Person Specification Qualifications Postgraduate certificate or diploma in Medical Ultrasound, or a College of Radiographers certificate/diploma, or an equivalent international qualification. Experience Performed and reported on at least 900 ultrasound scans in the past 12 months, maintaining CPD as per guidelines. Meet the National Occupation Standards for imaging. Fluent in English or have passed a suitable English language exam. Registered with HCPC/SOR as a UK sonographer. About you Patient safety and satisfaction are priorities; candidates should be compassionate, motivated, attentive, and uphold high standards of integrity and excellence. Possess a driving license and own vehicle, with flexibility regarding work arrangements.
