Role Overview Sheffield Girls is looking to appoint an experienced HR Officer to deliver a high‑quality, efficient and professional HR service to our school community. The role requires collaboration with HR colleagues across the cluster, the HR Manager (Cluster) and the GDST HR Business Partner. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive HR administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on recruitment, payroll, employee records and accurate upkeep of the Single Central Register (SCR) to ensure ISI compliance. Act as the key point of contact for staff, managers and members of the Senior Leadership Team. Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed at all levels. Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters. Confidence in ensuring HR policies and procedures are followed at all levels. Experience in a busy HR role, ideally within an education setting. CIPD Level 3 qualification desirable, or equivalent HR experience at this level. Benefits Competitive terms and conditions of employment, and competitive salaries and pay progression.
