Blue Arrow are recruiting for Warehouse Cleaners to work at a large distribution site based in Lutterworth, LE17. Responsibilities Sweep, mop, and vacuum warehouse floors to maintain cleanliness. Clean and sanitize restrooms, staff areas, and break rooms. Empty bins and manage waste disposal in line with company procedures. Dust and wipe down surfaces, shelving, and equipment. Ensure walkways, loading bays, and storage areas are free from hazards. Replenish cleaning supplies and report shortages to supervisors. Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times. Assist with minor maintenance tasks (e.g., replacing light bulbs, reporting damages). Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial work preferred. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safe handling practices. Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Physical stamina to perform manual tasks and lift light loads. Good communication skills for reporting issues and coordinating with warehouse staff. Full Time & Part Time work available 7 days a week. Work Hours Shifts available: 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am. Warehouse environment with exposure to dust, packaging materials, and machinery. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Salary & Benefits Days: £15 per hour. Nights: £16 per hour. Ongoing work leading to permanent for the right candidates.
