Job Title: 1:1 Learning Assistant (ASC Base) – 2 PositionsLocation: St John Plessington Catholic CollegeSalary: £25,989 - £26,403 (FTE) (£20,360 - £20,684 actual)Grade: Band D, scale point 6-7Contract: Full‑time, 1‑year fixed term (up to 1st January 2027)Hours: 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time only plus INSET days, holidays to be taken in non‑term time)Start Date: As soon as possibleClosing Date for Applications: 9th December 2025 at 12.00pm Responsibilities To promote students' development in a safe, secure, challenging environment To have regard for the safety and well‑being of the student at all times To meet the physical/medical needs of the student according to a student's individual care plan whilst encouraging independence wherever possible.
