Senior Care Assistant – Hillside Lodge Care Home Care Concern Group is inviting applications for the Senior Care Assistant position at Hillside Lodge Care Home in Berwick‑Upon‑Tweed. Role Overview As a Senior Care Assistant, your role goes beyond supporting daily routines. You’ll guide a team, nurture a compassionate environment, and ensure residents always feel valued, safe, and respected. You’ll lead by example, mentor new team members, and oversee the delivery of high‑quality care during every shift.
