Location & Package Location: Various UK sites (travel required) Package: Up to £35,000 + mileage + benefits Industry: Property Services / Fire Safety What You’ll Be Doing Carrying out scheduled fire door inspections across multiple residential and commercial sites. Completing detailed reports using digital tools and software. Flagging and documenting any defects, wear or compliance issues, following up on actions. Keeping accurate records of all inspections and findings. Working closely with site managers, contractors and residents to maintain clear communication. Staying up to date with fire safety regulations, standards and training requirements. Supporting wider fire safety audits and contributing to continuous improvement. Attending workshops and training sessions to further develop your knowledge. Main Skills Needed Background in fire door inspection or broader fire safety (preferred, not essential). Sharp attention to detail and an eye for potential safety risks. Confident communicator — written, verbal and digital. Highly organised, able to manage multiple inspection schedules. Proactive, adaptable and self-sufficient with minimal supervision. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites. Comfortable using technology for reporting and record keeping.
