This is a fixed term contract for 12 months.You willDeliver the strategic and operational HR agenda for the Management Services functions, including HR, Finance, Legal and MarcommsEngage with stakeholders to develop a talent pipeline that satisfies short term demand and long-term strategic needsCollaborate with Recruitment & Mobility team to facilitate internal mobility effectively and efficientlyCoach leaders to provide feedback, coaching and development opportunities to optimise employee performance and growth. Ensure performance is being robustly managed effectively and performance management systems and processes are being properly utilisedSteer complex employee relations, organisational change and restructuring activity – oversee the team involved with the ability to lead where necessary (where team capacity or complexity requires it)Utilise WSP Listens to drive an active listening culture where colleagues are motivated, engaged and aligned to WSP’s purpose and guiding principlesProvide input to client group to enable them to effectively deliver internal communications and key messages to employeesOwn HR internal projects focused on improvement to our ways of working and service levels to the businessSupport client groups to make data driven decisions that improve performance, retention and the employee experienceMaintain a continuous improvement mindset; keep abreast of external best practice.Collaborate with colleagues across the wider HR functionWork as one HR Partnering team avoiding silos and duplication of effortEnsure I&D is incorporated into all people processes and decision makingWhat We Will Be Looking For You To Demonstrate…Proven experience in an HR Business Partnering role gained within a Centre of Excellence (CoE) model.Proven track record in HR delivery, both operationally and strategically; competent in the core technical functions of recruitment, employee relations, management information, compensation and benefits, HR administration and project management.Excellent relationship management skills, proven experience in building rapport, gaining credibility and building trust in partnership with Executive level stakeholders.Strong commercial acumen, interested and experienced in business, commercial and operational issues, their interdependencies and the impact of these on the people agendaExperience in supporting change programmes including embedding a change in culture, emphasis and behaviourHighly analytical, able to analyse, interpret and communicate business, financial and HR data to inform discussions and operational plansDon’t quite meet all the criteria?
