The studio works on a steady mix of Design & Build projects for well known clients and has a friendly, supportive atmosphere. They’re looking for someone who is comfortable taking responsibility and who enjoys being involved in every stage of a project.In this role, you’ll run your own projects and act as the main point of contact for everyone involved. You’ll help keep information organised, support the delivery team and make sure projects progress smoothly from initial design through to completion. This is a good opportunity for someone who wants more ownership, variety and day to day involvement in decision making.The practice offers a stable workload, a chance to build deeper sector experience and the freedom to work with autonomy while still having a team around you for support.ResponsibilitiesLead industrial projects through all RIBA stagesAct as the main point of contact for clients, consultants and contractorsManage and coordinate design informationProduce and update technical drawings and BIM models in RevitTake part in project meetings and follow up on actionsEnsure technical and regulatory requirements are metSupport the team with day-to-day delivery tasksRequirementsExperience running projects from start to finishStrong Revit skills and good understanding of BIM is a mandatory requirementConfident communicator able to work with different stakeholdersComfortable working in a Design & Build environmentGood organisational and problem-solving abilitiesIndustrial project experience is helpful but not essentialAble to work independently and within a team #J-18808-Ljbffr
