Cleaner with UK Drivers Licence

Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Cleaner who has a valid UK drivers licence to join our team, ensuring high cleanliness standards in guest houses, rental properties, and communal areas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for deep cleaning, replenishing supplies, and completing laundry tasks to maintain a welcoming environment for guests. Responsibilities and Expectations Strip and make beds to a professional standard. Hoover and mop floors throughout the properties. Clean window sills, surfaces, and other high‑contact areas. Use a Rug Doctor to deep clean carpets as required. Replenish toiletries, linens, and essential supplies in guest houses. Complete all laundry and ironing tasks as part of property turnovers. Maintain communal areas in a clean and tidy condition. Ensure all cleaning tasks meet health and safety regulations. Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively. Identify and report any maintenance issues or damages. Follow company protocols for hygiene and cleanliness standards. Work independently while managing time efficiently. Support team members as needed to meet turnaround deadlines. Follow checklists and company procedures for property turnovers. Adhere to company policies and operational guidelines. Maintain confidentiality regarding property and guest information. Attend any necessary training sessions to enhance cleaning skills. Qualifications & Experience Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential. Strong attention to detail and efficiency in completing tasks. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must have a full UK driving licence, be over 25 for company vehicle insurance purposes, and be comfortable travelling between properties. Flexible availability, including weekends and peak periods.
