Derwentside IRC is an Immigration Removal Centre based in Consett, County Durham. The site supports up to 80 women aged 18+ with primary care, mental health and substance misuse services. GP sessions are similar to those in community settings and focus mainly on acute needs with a holistic and trauma-informed approach. As a General Practitioner, your responsibilities will vary.
