Site Foreperson / Site Supervisor – Highways Join to apply for the Site Foreperson / Site Supervisor – Highways role at Octavius Infrastructure. We are a leading civil engineering organisation delivering safe, sustainable, and efficient transport solutions across the UK. This role is based within Connect Plus' COFA 3 Framework, delivering improvements across the M25. Candidates will need to be able to travel to all areas of the M25, in addition to working day, night and weekend shifts. Responsibilities Supporting the site management team in delivering Highways infrastructure projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You will oversee daily site activities, coordinate resources, and ensure compliance with company policies and legislation. Your focus will be on delivering quality outcomes, meeting programme targets, and maximising project performance.
