The Exciting Opportunity The Revenue Manager contributes to The Gantry goals and values by supporting the General Manager manage and drive overall revenue at the hotel. Key duties / tasks will include : Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue through effective revenue management processes. Prepare and upload annual budgets, budget packs and reports, monthly, weekly and yearly forecasts and present to management, owners and asset managers. Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to guide pricing and yield management decisions. Evaluate hotel performance metrics such as occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and market share reports. Prepare and present revenue management reports to senior management, owners and asset managers. Adjust room rates based on market conditions and demand forecasts to optimize revenue. Oversee the implementation of promotions and packages to boost demand during low periods. Collaborate with sales, marketing, events, and operations teams to align revenue management strategies with overall hotel objectives. Lead, mentor, and develop the in-house Reservations team. Conduct regular performance reviews, set objectives, and provide training to ensure team members' professional growth. What Are We Looking For? We primarily hire based on personality and potential, but the following qualities and skills are essential for the Revenue Manager role : Previous experience in a revenue management role with a similar size and quality hotel. Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a team. Proficiency with revenue management systems with a strong preference of exposure to Hilton systems such as OnQ, OnQ R&I and Grow. Strong analytical skills with the capacity to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Detail-oriented with robust organizational skills. In-depth knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
