Smile Education are recruiting for an SEN teacher to work in a Primary SEN school in the Stratford area. The role would be working at a school with a tight knit staff team and strong SLT support.The SEN teacher role would be long term, full time with full teaching responsibilities starting from September with the potential of becoming a permanent position.The responsibilities of the SEN Teacher role:Plan and deliver captivating core subject lessons to students in line with the curriculumFocus on creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that helps student engagement and critical thinkingassess and evaluate student progress, offer constructive feedback and nurturing a love for learning will be central to your role.Be able to structure lesson plans for different level of student needs.To apply for this SEN Teacher role, you will need the following:A bachelor’s degree in education, English or a related field.Teaching certification or QTS.Proficiency in the primary curriculum and effective instructional techniques.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.A genuine passion for teaching and motivating students to excel.Have experience or the desire to work within an SEN setting.The benefits of this SEN teacher role:A daily rate of £153.85-£230 a dayPAYE and Umbrella payment optionsHoliday pay of 12.07%Free CPD training available via the smile portalReferral scheme up to £200Dedicated consultant working within your area.Smile Education is committed to safeguarding children.
