We foster work that brings people together through human connection and combine creativity, technology and culture to drive value for clients and customers worldwide.The RoleInsurtech Insights are currently looking for a talented graphic designer to join our growing team. This role is responsible for the design and creative output based on concepts and briefs created by the marketing team, communicating with marketing and content teams to deliver best in class work. From banner ads, social media posts and EDM designs to illustration and animation, you will ensure brand consistency across all brand channels.What we expect from youFull understanding of Adobe Creative SuiteA desire to learn new tools and techniques and share them with the teamStrong visual, interactive and graphic design skillsApproaching briefs with a conceptual attitudeBalancing across multiple projectsPassion and curiosity about the latest design innovationsHTML, CSS knowledge is a plusAgency experience is a plusCommunicative (you'll be emailing thousands of people where your message needs to come across clearly)Detail-oriented (with responsibility for email marketing campaigns and website updates, you need to secure high-quality work)Driven (we\'re an ambitious group with ambitious targets)Ownership (email marketing and website updates are essential parts of the business to communicate externally; you must strive to ensure everything we deliver is at a premium level)Problem solver – must be able to think on your feet and react quickly and calmly under pressureStart dateAs soon as possibleLocationThe role is onsite, Monday to Friday, based in our offices at Buckingham Gate.
