We’re a luxury all‑female photography studio in East London. Over the past 6 years, we’ve helped 1,600+ women transform how they see themselves through intimate portrait experiences. This isn’t product photography or corporate headshots – we turn women into art they will keep for a lifetime. THE ROLE Your three core jobs are to manage the flagship two‑room studio like a five‑star hotel, to coach and schedule front‑line talent, and to ensure flawless operational execution. Lead a team of talented professionals, holding them to world‑class standards. Coach, schedule, and manage 1,000+ sessions per year across 2 rooms, 7 days a week. Oversee pre‑shoot anxiety mitigation and post‑shoot euphoria moments. Set the culture, train the approach, and handle any escalations. Ensure live presentations maintain the luxury ambience. Track performance with NPS, reviews, on‑time % and team reliability metrics. Live and die by session on‑time delivery, completed shoots vs plan, guest issue/refund resolution and positive reviews. YOU'RE THE RIGHT FIT IF: 3‑5+ years of leading luxury hospitality teams (spas, hotels, salons, fine dining). Managed 5‑15 person teams in high‑pressure, high‑emotion environments. Comfortable with hard conversations and emotional workflows. Think in systems, not firefighting. Can shape an operation, not just maintain one. Runs decisions from a simple scoreboard, relying on numbers over vibes. Desires ownership and real impact rather than a job title. YOU'RE THE WRONG FIT IF: You need predictable 9‑5 hours (this role runs 7 days a week, weekends included). You need every decision guided by a policy manual (you’ll help craft the playbook). You’re uncomfortable with emotion (some guests experience intense moments). You accept "good enough" as acceptable.
