We are seeking a committed Complex Needs Teacher to join their team from November 2025 on a full‑time, temporary basis, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. In this highly rewarding role, you will deliver tailored learning experiences for students with complex needs—supporting their academic, social, and emotional development, and helping each young person reach their full potential. What You'll Be Doing Planning and delivering engaging, individualised lessons. Creating and reviewing EHCPs and Behaviour Support Plans. Working collaboratively with LSAs, therapists, and care staff in a multi‑disciplinary team. Building a safe, inspiring, and nurturing classroom environment. Communicating regularly with families, carers, and external professionals. Championing each student’s wellbeing, independence, and personal growth. What We're Looking For QTS or equivalent teaching qualification. Experience supporting students with SEND (particularly autism and/or SEMH). Strong behaviour management and organisational skills. A compassionate, student‑centred approach. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to adapt teaching to individual needs and EHCP targets.
