Health & Safety Advisor - Polyseed SSD Sdn Bhd We are looking for a Health & Safety Advisor to support our manufacturing site in the Alfreton area. As a Health & Safety Advisor you will play a key role in promoting and improving safety culture across the site; support managers and employees, ensure regulatory compliance and drive continuous improvement in health, safety and environmental performance. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement and review health & safety policies, procedures and risk assessments. Conduct regular site inspections, audits and safety observations. Provide expert advice and support to operational teams on H&S matters. Deliver and coordinate H&S training and toolbox talks. Ensure compliance with UK health & safety legislation and relevant industry standards. Required Skills & Qualifications NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) essential. Experience in conducting audits as part of a team or independently. Experience in a manufacturing, engineering or industrial environment. Strong understanding of UK H&S regulations and ISO standards. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
