Overview The Creative Industries School at Kingston College is seeking a Curriculum Manager – Creative Arts to lead and manage the curriculum area and be an active member of the School Management Group (SMG). Key Responsibilities Effectively apply College procedures including student monitoring, staff appraisals, and ensuring consistent delivery of high‑quality teaching and learning. Drive growth and manage changes to the curriculum as required, ensuring full compliance with funding body regulations. Act as a Safeguarding Officer for the School and specifically at the Creative Industries Centre site. Maintain professional competence in key College systems and be thoroughly acquainted with all College policies and procedures. Qualifications Hold a degree or equivalent in an applicable art & design subject (preferably digital arts, graphic design or photography) and a management qualification (or willingness to work towards one). Recognised effective teacher with a teaching qualification. Proven track record of improving and managing a high‑quality curriculum. Evidence of curriculum development and growth with demonstrable leadership and management skills in the context of curriculum and staff management.
