We are recruiting two Senior Quantity Surveyors to join Octavius, a leading civil engineering organisation delivering safe, sustainable, and efficient transport solutions across the UK. We are working on large rail projects and Access for All schemes in the North West and Central region. We welcome candidates living and commuting in the North West of England, West Midlands, and Buckinghamshire/Greater London. Responsibilities Robust commercial management of a variety of projects, including overseeing financial performance, managing costs, conducting procurement processes, and maintaining accurate financial logs and reports. Work closely with customers and stakeholders to support successful project delivery, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and achieving business plan commitments. Collaborate with the site's commercial team to identify efficiencies and support individual project delivery. About You Practical experience in a quantity surveying role in a civil engineering environment, preferably with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor. NEC contract experience essential. Experience working on a Network Rail Framework advantageous. Qualifications Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related course (or equivalent qualification/relevant experience). Holding or working toward professional membership with a recognised body such as RICS or CICES (desirable). CSCS card holder desirable. Inclusion and diversity are important to us.
