They are now seeking an experienced Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join their growing team, with the potential to step into a Branch Lead role for the right candidate. Essential Criteria MRCVS‑qualified and eligible to work in the UK (visa sponsorship available) 4+ years’ experience in small animal practice Confident in routine surgery and general medicine Excellent communication and client rapport skills Strong commitment to patient care and high clinical standards Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Willing to join a 1:4 Saturday rota Why Join?
