Dual-site Maintenance Manager - HGI Birmingham Dual-site Maintenance Manager, £45,000 per annum, 40 hours per week (5 days) We are looking for a highly motivated Dual-site Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance hotel teams across two locations. You will support the General Manager in creating an exceptional guest and team experience, overseeing external surroundings, public areas, and individual guest bedrooms. Responsibilities: Lead and manage maintenance teams, supporting the General Manager. Balance planned project work, audit performance, and reactive tasks to maintain a high-quality hotel environment. Oversee maintenance operations 7 days a week, 365 days a year, ensuring coverage for all shifts and days. Collaborate with hotel teams to support guest experience and operational efficiency. Qualifications: Mid‑to‑senior level experience in hotel maintenance management. Strong leadership skills with a passion for maintaining a safe, high‑performing hotel environment. Experience in a multi‑location maintenance environment is preferred. Effective problem‑solving and decision‑making skills. Benefits: Competitive salary and leave package.
