What We Are Looking For We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Russian speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Edinburgh. You will be customer‑centric, have a passion for travel, and have a track record of building rapport quickly while taking pride in problem‑solving. These qualities will shine through in all your interactions, delivering the best possible service across our communication channels. What You’ll Be Doing Providing exceptional service to customers as the first point of contact for travel queries. Resolving customer issues via Call, Chat, and Email. Handling customer queries with empathy, patience and compassion. Attending regular team huddles. Staying up‑to‑date with the latest promotions, initiatives and company policies/procedures. Assisting in ad‑hoc projects as assigned. What You’ll Need Customer service experience. Fluency in Russian and English. Effective communication skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficient typing abilities. Ability to remain calm and logical in challenging situations. Excellent problem‑solving skills. Enthusiastic approach with a desire to hit goals and passion for continuous development.
