Working alongside our USA Managing Director and Associate Directors, you have a foundation to succeed, will be trained and guided on a desk level, and can kickstart your American Tech Recruiting Career. Responsibilities and salary expectations As a recruitment consultant you will work hard. You will be required to: Call candidates and clients with the aim of finding a perfect match to make a placement. Headhunt Generate leads Build and maintain relationships with your candidates and clients. As a US Associate Recruitment Consultant, you will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to develop your skills and excel in your role. Background requirements Recruitment doesn't demand a specific background. What it needs to achieve real success and high rewards is commitment, enthusiasm, and motivation. Experience in Sales or creating opportunities is interesting to us, and any demonstration of entrepreneurial flair is definitely going to make us keen Enzo asks that you show us resilience, self-belief and a solutions driven approach.
