About the role You will be responsible for ensuring clients’ needs are met in a timely and effective manner whilst ensuring all opportunities for added value are identified. Assisting in the preparation of more complex statutory accounts and review of disclosures under a range of accounting frameworks, including FRS102 and IFRS Assist with the review of statutory accounts for Charites, partnerships and limited companies. Preparation of integrated cash flow and Consolidation working schedules Client relationship building and assisting management with maintenance of client portfolios. Ensuring completion of assigned areas of work within the time budget and deadlines to the standard set and with a minimum of supervision by the manager Seeking to continuously improve systems and procedures Providing assistance, coaching and mentoring to junior staff as and when required Prioritising your own work and deadlines Being up to date with technical knowledge and changes in the accountancy profession, driving best practice in the team and ensuring the team continues to develop. Monitoring and adhering to deadlines, ensuring client work is completed in line with client expectations. Liaising with the other departments in the firm and having awareness services on offer. About you ACCA/ACA Qualified Minimum 2 years of recent experience in an Accountancy Practice Firm Basic knowledge of accounting packages and statutory accounts preparation software (ideally CaseWare experience) Good knowledge of UK GAAP and FRS 102 with preferably some knowledge of IFRS Strong time management and delegative skills Why choose Crowe?
