Our core values are Inclusion, Innovation, Collaboration, and Wellness, guiding how we conduct business every day.Job Description SummaryThe role of Strategic Product Growth Manager is to act as the commercial arm of the Product team, working in close partnership with sales teams and key merchants in the region to promote our latest solutions across the PayPal suite of products and solutions.Essential ResponsibilitiesDrives product strategy with cross-functional stakeholders consistent with the shared vision for the product.Plans and implements the architectural roadmap that balances innovative design and technical implementation, while considering regulatory requirements, time-to-market, customer needs, and product profitability.Assesses the customer experience and needs in product requirements and decision making.Sets up data gathering mechanisms relative to metrics that inform product success, including usability studies, research, and market analysis.Leads workstreams for analytics, customer discovery, market research and competitive analysis to drive data-driven decision-making.Oversees product profitability measures, including budget.Plans operational mechanisms that drive execution and accountability, including Product Reviews, Operating Reviews, and Business Reviews; interfaces with product leadership as needed.Partners with content strategists, data scientists, product designers, and user experience researchers.Maximizes efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are standard.Minimum QualificationsMinimum of 12 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Previous management experience.Additional Responsibilities and Preferred QualificationsThis position is part of a team of payments experts responsible for delivering payment excellence for our enterprise merchant offering.Global role – interfacing with PayPal org/offices/teams and our clients and partners.Evangelize – Serve as a thought leader for enterprise merchants (merchant communications, conferences, partners, webinars, etc.).Client aptitude – Direct involvement with global and large enterprise clients on an ongoing basis. Sales teams support and provide expert advice on strategic solutions with Large Enterprise Merchants in Europe, Middle East Africa, LATAM or APAC.Distill the complex – Contribute to training and education in areas such as payments and the broader commerce ecosystem for the rest of the organization.A connector – Partner with Product and Engineering, Finance, Support, Global Sales, Compliance, Legal, Professional Services, and Account Management, as well as leveraging external partnerships to deliver for the business.Day-to-Day RoleWork on key strategic initiatives and ensure Sales and Accounts win/expand PayPal footprint globally.Develop partnerships on new markets, platform solutions, and payment processing across the world to meet Platform needs.Contribute with Product teams and influence the Platform’s product roadmap to meet the needs of strategic merchants.Identify opportunities that map to our Product strategy and deliver growth plans to capture new opportunities.Ensure PayPal is seen as a thought leader in enabling global payments for large enterprises and strategic accounts.Harden systems across areas such as regulations, compliance, legal, scheme rules, sales motions, and upselling.What You Need to BringAt least 12 years of experience in the payments industry, ideally in online and large enterprise, card and payment processing, agentic commerce in EMEA and globally.At least 5 years of experience in business-to-business sales and/or relationship building and business development.Experience identifying, developing, and contracting partner relationships for enterprise clients.Experience working with processing and payout needs of enterprise merchants and marketplaces is a plus.Experience in payment orchestration is appreciated.Advanced and eloquent communicator, able to speak to Product, Engineering, and Clients.Experience with B2B and Product software (PowerPoint, Salesforce, Jira, SharePoint, etc.).Bachelor’s Degree Required; Advanced Degree Preferred.
