Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Plumbing Lecturer located at the Royal Leamington Spa campus. The role involves delivering high-quality teaching and learning in plumbing courses and apprenticeships, ensuring students achieve their full potential. Responsibilities include lesson planning, delivering practical and theoretical instruction, assessing learners’ progress, and contributing to curriculum development. The Plumbing Lecturer will also be expected to support students in their professional development and promote a positive learning environment. Qualifications In-depth L3 qualifications in Plumbing and relevant industry standards Strong teaching, mentoring, and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners Skills in lesson planning, curriculum development, and learner assessment Experience in working with apprenticeships or delivering vocational training A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE or equivalent) or a willingness to work towards achieving one Possession of a Level 3 Plumbing qualification or higher Strong organisational abilities and a student-focused attitude Previous industry experience.
