You’ll be based in an Amazon fulfilment centre, delivery station or sortation centre and will frequently use data to inform key decisions. From one day to the next, you could be taking the lead on a range of different projects or supporting senior stakeholders with developing strategies and carrying out regular talent reviews. You’ll be taking a fresh look at our working culture and thinking of new ways to optimise them. You’ll also be supporting new colleagues to develop and learn new skills, so as well as shaping our working culture, you’ll be helping our colleagues grow.
