This well-established, community-focused clinic is committed to delivering outstanding veterinary care, with everything needed right on the doorstep. The successful candidate will join a supportive team led by an experienced Branch Partner and Practice Manager, working alongside a friendly and skilled group of 7 day and 3 night RVNs, 6 Vets, 4 CCAs and 1 VCA. This position offers a 1-year fixed term contract, with a highly attractive shift pattern of 5 nights on, 10 nights off, covering the hours of 7:00pm to 9:00am—providing an excellent work–life balance. They will prepare tailored treatment plans with transparent costings, support and mentor colleagues to enhance team performance, and ensure smooth clinical handovers or transfer arrangements for any patient requiring enhanced or out-of-hours care. Skills and Experience Required RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon Proven experience delivering exceptional patient and client care Strong teamwork and communication abilities Demonstrable clinical leadership skills Experience fostering a progressive clinical culture Confidence supporting nurse consults and Schedule 3 procedures Effective coaching and influencing abilities to bring out the best in colleagues Why Chorley?
