Base pay range Direct message the job poster from Trinity Resource Solutions Key Responsibilities: Design and develop digital & analogue circuits, PCBs, and complete systems Lead projects from initial concept through design, manufacture, and customer acceptance Drive systems integration and hands‑on fault finding to ensure robust performance Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, including test houses Ensure compliance with CE/UKCA, EMC, RoHS, and Safety standards Prepare detailed technical documentation: schematics, BOMs, change notes Present at design reviews and support technical discussions confidently What You’ll Bring: Proven experience in electronics design and development (digital and analogue) Proficiency with OrCAD or similar schematic capture and PCB design tools Solid knowledge of legislative compliance: UKCA/CE, EMC, RoHS, and Safety standards Strong hands‑on skills with excellent fault‑finding and systems integration expertise Degree in Electronics, Engineering, or equivalent qualification Current live UK Security Clearance (SC) – DV eligibility essential Experience working with MoD customers and defence equipment standards (Sonar experience is a strong advantage) Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem‑solving skills Why Join Us?
