Petauri Evidence partners with market access and HEOR teams across all global and local milestones, providing the strategy, insight, evidence, and tools to ensure commercial success. We combine academic and technical rigor with specialised knowledge and commercial agility in an evidence‑driven approach to optimise patient access to medicines and technologies. Our expertise includes Global Market Access & Pricing, local Access & HTA, Health Economics & Statistics and Value Communication. The Petauri Evidence HEOR team focuses on the technical aspects of evidence-based decision‑making. We are a team with extensive experience of health economics, medical statistics and HTA. As well as providing consultancy services to the pharmaceutical industry, we support UK HTA decision‑making through a collaboration with PenTAG, and by providing statistical support to the Scottish Medicines Consortium. Our experience covers economic modelling (early, global, HTA) and statistical analyses (such as survival modelling, indirect treatment comparisons, and matching methods) and independent considered advice. We take pride in communication of our work through submission dossiers, EAG reports, conference proceedings and publications. Requirements Minimum of 7 years industry experience (i.e., consulting or the pharmaceutical industry) Degree at a 2:1 or above in an analytical subject (for instance mathematics, economics, engineering or science‑based subjects) Demonstrable expertise in conceptualising, developing, and delivering a range of health economic models Up‑to‑date knowledge of health economic modelling methods and HTA systems/processes Highly autonomous with evidence of critical thinking, sound judgement and excellent communication skills Excellent Word®, Outlook®, PowerPoint® and Excel® skills Highly motivated team player An outstanding eye for detail and quality Experience in project leading/managing the successful delivery of multiple projects Desirable Postgraduate qualifications (MSc or PhD) involving health economics and/or analysis of data Knowledge of statistical analysis software such as R, SAS, STATA, or Python Experience in people management, training, and mentoring more junior team members Experience of business development activities, including writing proposals Benefits Bonus plan (not contractual) Holidays, full time allocation 25 increasing to 28 based on service beyond 2 years 1x Volunteer Day and Birthday holiday (unless in notice period) Christmas close (3 days) not taken from leave allowance Company Pension contribution 5%, employee minimum 4% but uncapped max with Standard Life Sick leave 10 days FTE (or 2 working weeks for PT) per annum Maternity and Adoption Leave*, 3 months (13 weeks) full pay, 13 weeks half pay, 13 weeks statutory, 13 weeks unpaid for anyone who wishes to take full year.
