Description Overview This position is responsible for assisting in the technical support requirements of Perrigo customers across Europe and APAC. In collaboration with internal and external cross‑functional business partners, this position requires leadership of innovation delivery and support of post‑launch product maintenance across the Oral Care category. Scope of the Role With a consultative approach, collaborate with internal and external business partners to deploy innovative new products and claims to grow Perrigo Oral Care product offerings at current and new retail customers across Europe and APAC regions. Develop strong working relationships with NPD delivery team and technical teams in our current and new customers, ensuring that all R&D technical aspects of projects are delivered OTIF. Support customer technical requests including, but not limited to, product training, product specifications, product claims, and regulatory updates. Collaborate with the global Medical Affairs team to deliver first‑class product claims and compelling communications about our products. Support customer requests for claims changes and maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace. Collaborate with key internal (e.g. Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, and Sales) and external (e.g. Oral Health Foundations, Vegan Society, Safety Assessors, Consumer Testing Agencies) stakeholders to manage NPD and in‑market support of current products. Effectively communicate customer requirements to global R&D development teams, managing product briefs, timelines and providing customers with feedback on progress during development projects. Take ownership of projects within the current portfolio, ensuring timely updates of documentation and communication to the broader business community. Ensure any issues are communicated in a timely manner to the EU R&D leadership. Attend customer meetings, representing Perrigo’s technical community and supporting the commercial and project management functions to drive our business forward. Experience Required BSc. in chemistry, chemical engineering, biology, pharmacy or equivalent. Strong verbal and written communication skills with all levels of the company. A clear understanding of product development processes (e.g. Stage Gate). Entrepreneurial mindset and an ability to be flexible in approach daily tasks.
