Job PurposeIn this role, you will be a trusted thought partner to senior leaders, helping to shape strategy with high-integrity insights. You will drive key business processes, including Quarterly Business Planning reviews, coordinating insights across teams and ensuring leadership has the right data at the right time. If you are interested in executive messaging and storytelling, this role will give you a front-row seat to craft compelling narratives with the right data, exhibits, and visualizations to reinforce strategy and performance. You will own competitive intelligence and financial analysis, tracking industry shifts, competitor performance and earnings cycles to deliver concise, high-impact takeaways. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning (50%)Lead the development and execution of the International Operating Market (IOM) Strategic Plans, including the Annual Growth Plan and 3-Year Market Growth PlanFacilitate quarterly strategic planning sessions with the IOM Leadership Team to identify and prioritize commercial opportunitiesOversee internal Rhythm of Business planning within IOM Leadership Team to ensure aligned priorities, progress, and accountabilityManage the Prioritisation Framework and monitor Growth & Rescue Squads and cross-market taskforcesCollaborate with key stakeholders and FP&A to reflect strategy in financial forecasts and reporting; robustly challenge estimates to close gaps Commercial Strategy (30%)Apply analytical rigour to ad hoc strategic initiatives to evolve performancePricing and value analysisLabour model optimizationStore profitability benchmarkingNew concept developmentDrive insights and challenge status quo to improve business performancePartner with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, development) on strategic initiatives Strategic Communication (20%)Create and distribute IOM leadership updates with a clear performance narrativeConsolidate business strategy and results in periodic updates to Pizza Hut Global, including Quarterly Business Planning RequirementsStrong ability to analyse complex data, build financial models, and evaluate key commercial levers such as pricing, profitability, labour models, and market development; connect market performance to financial outcomesSkilled at distilling complex data into clear, actionable insights and compelling updates for senior leadershipExperience leading strategic discussions with senior stakeholders and managing cross-functional projects with accountabilityProactive, resourceful, able to structure problems and propose practical solutions with ownership of resultsThrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities across geographies Preferred Qualifications6–8+ years in strategy, FP&A, management consulting, or commercial finance; international or multi-market exposure preferredProven track record in developing and executing multi-year growth plans, ideally in consumer/retail/QSR sectorsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred but not required Working RelationshipsLine manager: Director of Strategy & FP&A (IOM)FP&A team across the IOMCommercial Finance Teams across Pizza Hut IOM, Global and YumWider Control Finance team across Pizza Hut IOM, Global and YumPizza Hut IOM Senior Leadership and Leadership TeamsPizza Hut IOM Functional Senior LeadersPizza Hut IOM People & Culture team Work EnvironmentThis role is based at our Restaurant Support Centre (RSC) in Central London, with a minimum of two days per week in the office.
