About the Role: Lead and provide technical guidance to development teams, ensuring alignment with architectural vision and project objectives. Design and implement complex technical solutions, focusing on system architecture, data models, API specifications, and security considerations. Develop core components using Python, ensuring scalable and maintainable code. Lead the design and implementation of Smart Contracts to automate and secure financial transactions. Manage the integration of Vault core banking systems, ensuring seamless functionality and data flow. Use your expertise in Thought Machine technology to optimize the design and implementation of solutions. Participate in the full design lifecycle, from requirements gathering through to deployment and post-deployment support. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the full design lifecycle, from requirements gathering through to deployment and post-deployment support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in low-level design and implementation of Thought Machine Smart Contracts.
• Demonstrated experience as a Technical Architect on large-scale, complex projects, particularly within financial services.
• Strong programming expertise in Python, with a focus on developing high-performance, scalable applications.
• Experience designing and implementing Smart Contracts, with familiarity with relevant platforms and frameworks.
• In-depth knowledge of Thought Machine technology, especially its application in the financial services industry.
• Experience with loan origination and core banking processes, along with an understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Strong working knowledge of Vault core banking systems, including integration and customization.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
