The Catering Department at Wrexham Maelor Hospital provide meals, snacks and beverages to patients, staff and visitors.The Catering supervisor is a key member of the team and has responsibility for carrying a range of duties related to food production and service in a busy kitchen environment.The Catering Supervisor will be working closely with Catering Co-ordinator and managers to ensure that Catering services meet relevant nutritional and dietary requirements arising from clinical, religious and cultural needs.Main duties of the jobThe Catering Supervisor responsibilities will include:Catering Supervisors provide supervision of staffEnsuring a clean safe environment is maintainedThe Catering Supervisor needs to have good teamwork, leadership, communication and organisational skills.
