You will be actively encouraged to develop both professionally and personally. Interested candidates are strongly encouraged to contact the team for further information and an informal visit.To work as an autonomous practitioner as part of the specialised Respiratory multidisciplinary team.The post holder will be responsible for providing a non invasive ventilation service within North WalesThe post holder is the lead specialist for the NIV service at Wrexham Maelor Hospital.The post holder will act as a source of expertise on the management of NIV patients and provide an advisory service to other health care professionals, patients and carers.To carry out and liaise with set agreed objectives.To provide an autonomous respiratory assessment and diagnostic service, using advanced clinical judgement and knowledge of the speciality.To undertake audits relevant to the service on a regular basis.Develop and deliver an outreach NIV service to the Emergency Department and Emergency Quadrant.Provide education and support to the other departments with respect to Non invasive ventilation as necessary.About usIf you relish a challenge, have a passion to help others or simply fancy a fresh start, then Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (BCUHB) North Wales, has all the right ingredients.
