All applications are anonymous until the interview stage to help eliminate unconscious bias.The role is focused on delivering the best shopping experience for our guests and helping customers find the right products and sets on the high street.ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.Provide excellent service to make customers feel like VIPs and ensure they leave with a great impression of the shop.Become a PRO on all products to help customers make choices that suit their needs and preferences.Provide expert product knowledge and advice to customers.Collaborate with colleagues to hit store targets and maintain an enjoyable, high-service environment.Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.Engage in training to grow knowledge of products, fabrics, weather durability, care, and suitable companions.Stay up to date with current trends and product knowledge to assist customers effectively.Handle transactions with a smile and ensure each purchase contributes to a positive shopping experience.As a Sales Assistant on the shop floor, you will be a go-to for customer questions, resolving issues and ensuring customers feel cared for.About YouWe are looking for outgoing, friendly, organized, and can-do individuals.
