This will typically involve going through the whole product life cycle, capturing requirements, designing, developing, documenting, testing, and delivering through to production. Awerian’s wide variety of intriguing projects, from proof-of-concept through to working prototypes, provide both intellectual and practical challenges.RequirementsYou will have a track record of academic excellence, hold a relevant degree, and have proven technical capabilities including the design and development of technology solutions. You will need knowledge and notable experience in several of the following areas:FPGA firmware development, debugging and testingDSP design and modellingSignal processing/algorithm designRF/Microwave electronics design and simulationElectronics hardware design, schematic capture and testingEmbedded software development, debugging and testingExperience in C, C#, C++, MATLAB, Python or SimulinkExperience in communications and networking, implementing and/or designing protocolsExperience of collaborating with other engineers on system architecture, interfaces & hardware design/procurementWe are keen to hear from Engineers with experience in any sector; however, experience in defence would be useful.Why Awerian?Awerian is a defence and security technology consultancy comprised of ~45 scientists and engineers.
