We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join a prestigious global luxury footwear brand at their beautiful Chelsea store. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate leader with a strong background in luxury retail, people management, and a client-focused, sales-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring operational excellence. Assist in leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing store team. Help manage recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members. Drive sales performance while maintaining an exceptional level of customer service. Contribute to setting and achieving store KPIs and commercial targets. Support with operational duties such as stock management, staff rotas, disciplinaries, and performance reviews. Play an active role in clientelling initiatives and fostering customer loyalty. Experience & Skills Required Previous management experience within luxury retail, ideally with experience opening new stores. Proven ability in recruiting, training, and developing teams. Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, positive, and motivating approach. Sales-focused mindset with a genuine passion for delivering a world-class client experience. Comfortable handling operational processes including people management procedures. Experience within a luxury footwear or fashion environment is a strong advantage.
