What you'll be doing Providing telephone, site engineering technical support and diagnostics on mechanical and electrical components Interrogation of PLCs and software in order to fault find (Omron, InTouch, Wonderware, B&R) Onsite visits and servicing (preventative and reactive breakdown maintenance) Project work installation and commissioning of new machinery Propose solution for modification to existing products and to rectify ongoing issues Testing new machinery prior to installation within the workshop Liaising with clients at management to board level Travelling throughout the UK, Ireland and occasionally International This role will require weekly travel within the UK to visit client sites. What you'll bring Experienced multi‑skilled (electrical bias) Service Engineer used to providing ongoing technical support to clients Sound engineering knowledge and ideally previous experience working with manufacturing and/or print machinery; you will have basic knowledge of PLCs Have excellent organisation and communication skills.
