Responsibilities You will line manage the technical instructors, providing clear objectives, regular performance review and support for professional development. Co-ordinate training schedules, resources and staff deployment to ensure efficiency and high-quality learner experience. Monitor learning progress, outcomes and satisfaction, ensuring continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with safeguarding; health and safety; equality, diversity and inclusion policies. Work with the team to design and update Apprenticeship training. Requirements Keep up to date with industry and technical developments. Experience of delivering high-quality training and assessing learning progress. Excellent attention to detail. Industry recognised technical qualification at Level 3 or above GCSE(or equivalent) English and Maths at Level 2 or above Willingness to undertake a Level 4 teaching qualification within 3 years (If not already held) Strong IT skills (MS excel, Powerpoint, Word) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Undertanding of safeguarding and its application in training environment. Ability and willingness to work flexibly. Current full driving licence and the ability to travel in UK and Europe.
