OverviewA client of mine, a prominent Housing Association and Property Maintenance Company, is seeking an experienced Plumber to join their Responsive Repairs Team in the Oxfordshire area.ResponsibilitiesRepairs to domestic plumbing installationsVinyl floor layingInstallation of replacement sanitary ware, baths, shower trays, and associated equipmentInstallation of kitchen sinks and new pipework (copper, speed fit, waste, rainwater)Repairs and installation of sundry items such as taps, ball valves, and drainage stop tapsInstalling and repairing water mains, heating system pipework, and domestic appliances (showers, washing machines)Maintenance and renewal of cold water storage tanksWork on vented and unvented cylinder heads (HWSS qualified or alternative)Skills & QualificationsNVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in PlumbingProven experience in all aspects of plumbing workStrong customer service skills and experience working in occupied premisesFull UK Driving Licence (minimum 2 years' experience)Salary & Benefits£335 yearly Tool AllowanceUniform and PPE provided25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays (with an additional day each year, up to 30 days)Option to buy/sell holidayCompany iPhone and iPadCompany pension scheme (matched up to 12%)Life cover (4x annual salary)SmartTech scheme - Buy electrical items and pay over 12 months via salaryCompany van provided for travel within the role.If you’re an experienced plumber seeking a stable full-time role with excellent benefits and opportunities for career growth, apply now #J-18808-Ljbffr
