Manage benefits administration and day-to-day operations Coordinate annual renewals and open enrolment processes Support benefits programs involving the research and implementation of plans and programs as well as managing competitive benefits offered in EMEA region Subject matter expert for all benefits queries and escalations while also providing guidance and support to various business units Work closely with external vendors, local leadership of the respective countries, HR partners, and other functions to offer best in class benefits and service to our employees Support EMEA benefits projects and implementation related projects from beginning to end including benefits communication creation Develop and maintain policies and other documentation to educate all employees about the company’s benefits programs. Plan and execute benefit-related events such as fairs and webinars Ensure compliance with local regulations Partner with internal stakeholders to continuously improve processes and service delivery What We’re Looking For: Basic Required Qualifications: 3+ years of benefits administration and advisory experience, or similar related field Bachelor's Degree Ability to engage and communicate effectively with employees and stakeholders while understanding their needs Exposure to managing regulatory issues, tax and benefit plans Benefits project management skills. Capable of managing multiple tasks in an organized manner whilst interacting with various external and internal stakeholders Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint experience.
