Our client is a fast-growing, privately owned fire safety contractor with a turnover in excess of £40 million. They are a leading specialist in fire protection solutions, working across a range of sectors including social housing, healthcare, education, and commercial property. With a reputation for quality delivery and compliance, the business undertakes projects spanning fire door installations and remedials, fire stopping, sprinkler systems, and other passive and active fire safety works.The company has built long-term partnerships with major housing providers and public sector organisations and continues to expand its footprint across the UK.The OpportunityThey are now looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee fire door remedial and installation works within their Northern region, predominantly Sheffield. Due to winning a high value contract with a local council authority, there is an opportunity for a Supervisor to join the business. Despite the workload being primarily based in Shefield , they work throughout the North and are therefore are interested in applicants with a flexible attitude towards travel. My client have strong relationships with various Local Council Authorities and Housing Associations; therefore the successful applicants would be primarily working on social housing refurbishment projects. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, to the highest safety and compliance standards, and with excellent client satisfaction.What's On Offer£40,000 - £50,000 basic salaryCompany van + fuel cardPerformance bonus up to 50% of salary (individual targets)Private medical careBreakfasts and lunches paid forStrong pipeline of long-term work in LondonThe RoleDay-to-day management and supervision of fire door remedial works on occupied housing contractsCoordinating site teams, subcontractors, and resourcesEnsuring compliance with fire safety standards, H&S regulations, and quality requirementsLiaising with residents, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth project deliveryDriving performance, efficiency, and client satisfaction across multiple sitesAbout YouExperienced in fire door remedials / passive fire safety works (essential)Longevity with current / recent employer (essential)Strong supervisory or site management experience (essential)Good understanding of compliance, regulations, and health & safety (essential)Committed, enthusiastic and ambitious individual (essential)Carpentry and joinery background (preferred)Background in social housing or occupied property environments (preferred)If this is an opportunity of interest and you would like to be considered, please apply with a copy of your CV.
