This role sits within an exciting and energetic team. You will be learning more about the product (front and back-end) and platforms we use internally e.g. using industry-leading CRM and customer tools such as Salesforce.You will be provided with training in order to be successful at your job - just arrive with an appetite to learn and a passion for healthcareYoull Be Responsible ForBuilding relationships with within our portfolio of healthcare consultants in the UKConducting client meetings over the phone and virtuallyActing as a trusted advisor advocating client needs across our client base and internallyConveying best practice examples that drive engagement and ROIDeveloping strong relationships with our internal teams to support your accountsAbout YouYou will have a keen interest in the customer success space no professional experience is required for this roleYou love tackling difficult challenges with a positive attitude and always strive to find the best solutionYou have a commercial-focused mindsetYou thrive working in a fast-paced environment and have an open mind when it comes to the changing environment a scale-up can sometimes bringYou possess natural communication skills and you are not afraid of phone and virtual engagementWhat We OfferAt Doctify we shape careers with purpose.
