They are looking for a Digital Campaign Manager to take full ownership of their digital channels (email, LinkedIn organic/paid, ABM) and lead their efforts to convert audiences into engaged prospects.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Take full ownership of email marketing (via HubSpot), building workflows and customer journeys that drive awareness and conversions.
- Lead paid and organic LinkedIn efforts—conceptualising, executing, and optimising campaigns to resonate with key B2B audiences.
- Collaborate with the website team to create seamless journeys from LinkedIn and email to the website.
- Proactively suggest and implement new, creative ideas to expand the reach and effectiveness of all digital channels.
Customer Journey Development:
- Build and execute end-to-end customer journeys for segmented audiences (e.g., fixed income), driving awareness and engagement.
- Leverage insights on user behavior to refine and optimise marketing touchpoints across email, social media, and website channels.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM):
- Develop ABM programs targeting key accounts using tailored content and messaging, leveraging platforms like Demandbase and 6sense.
- Drive highly personalised marketing strategies for enterprise clients to increase engagement and conversions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with content, events, and other marketing teams to align messaging and ensure campaigns are content-driven.
- Share campaign insights with stakeholders to inform future marketing and go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
Data & Reporting:
- Analyse the performance of digital channels and use actionable insights to continuously optimise campaigns.
- Track and leverage user behavior data to drive improved campaign performance and business outcomes.
What Propel are Looking For:
- B2B Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in B2B SaaS, especially targeting enterprise and tech audiences.
- Email Marketing: Expertise in email workflows, automation, and customer journeys using HubSpot or similar platforms.
- Social Media Management: Strong experience with LinkedIn (paid and organic), including audience segmentation and optimization.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to think beyond tactical execution and contribute to high-level marketing strategy.
- Ownership Mentality: A track record of taking full ownership of digital marketing efforts from strategy to execution.
- Analytical & Data-Driven: Strong ability to analyse user behavior and campaign data, using insights to optimise future efforts.
- ABM Experience: Bonus points for familiarity with account-based marketing programs and platforms such as Demandbase and 6sense.
- Collaborative: Skilled at working cross-functionally with content, website, and event teams to align marketing efforts.
