We are looking for caring, compassionate individuals to help us support others to stay independent in their own home in Matlock and Ashbourne. Shift options between 7am – 10pm with alternate weekends required. We match our Care Professionals and clients together so memorable connections can be established. All initial calls with a client who is new to you will be introductions with the support of another colleague, so you can really get to know your client and their needs. Responsibilities Support with personal care tasks such as toileting and showering. Perform household tasks such as light cleaning and tidying. Respond to your clients’ needs. Ensure transparent communication with clients and loved ones, offering first-rate care and comfort. Write accurate daily notes, keeping up strong communication with the office. Administer medication and record appropriately. Qualifications Reliable and punctual. Happy to visit clients in all the areas listed. Caring, friendly personality. Driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle. Benefits & Compensation £13.50‑£14.75 per hour. Access to early pay app. No uniform – stay comfortable in casual dress.
