Responsibilities Accurately dispense medications and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines. Provide expert advice on drug therapy and medication management. Manage medication inventories and ensure the safe storage of pharmaceuticals. Conduct medication reviews and identify potential drug interactions. Educate patients on the proper use of medications and potential side effects. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of pharmacy services. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
