Location: North Yorkshire, England, United Kingdom About the Role This position is part of a Legal 500 firm seeking an experienced Solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE in civil and commercial litigation. The focus will be on contentious probate work and a high-value caseload across sectors including agriculture. Key Responsibilities Handle disputes under the Inheritance Act 1975, challenges to wills, estate administration disputes, fraud, land disputes and professional negligence. Work with a respected private client, property and agriculture departments, supporting a varied client base. Qualifications Minimum 2 years’ PQE in civil and commercial litigation.
