As Group Reporting Manager, you'll have real visibility, autonomy and influence in a fully remote UK role.How you'll make an impactOwn the group consolidation process across a multi-entity, international structureDeliver accurate, timely group reporting and consolidated financial statementsLead on intercompany accounting, reconciliations and eliminationsAct as the technical accounting lead on accounting standards and complex judgementsPartner with external auditors to manage audits and technical positionsSupport statutory reporting across multiple jurisdictionsContribute to covenant reporting and compliance within a PE-backed environmentStrengthen group-level financial control, documentation and reporting processesWhy you're a great fitEssentialYou’ll be ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)Strong experience in group reporting, consolidation and technical accountingBackground in practice or a technically focused Group Reporting Manager role in industryProven exposure to international, multi-entity group structuresConfident working with auditors and external tax advisersComfortable operating at pace and taking ownership in a changing environmentDesirableExposure to US entities or US GAAPExperience in a private equity-backed or high-growth businessUnderstanding of debt structures and covenant reportingWhat you'll get in returnAs Group Reporting Manager, you’ll join a business that values trust, flexibility and high standards.Salary of £75,000-£85,000 plus excellent benefitsFully remote working from anywhere in the UKFlexibility to manage hours, with occasional alignment to US time zonesA senior, visible role with genuine scope to shape group reportingStrong exposure to senior stakeholders and complex technical workWe welcome applications from all qualified candidates who believe they meet the role requirements.
