Retail Assistant

Base Pay Hours: 12 hours across 3 days per week (minimum). Help customers find the items they are looking for. Provide fast and friendly service at the tills, including packing assistance and leaving a good impression. Handle stock carefully during deliveries, placing products into freezers and onto shelves ready for customers. Work with the team to complete daily and weekly routines that keep the shop safe, clean and tidy. Qualifications & Requirements A friendly, positive, hard‑working approach. Enjoy being busy with a variety of tasks (deliveries, tills, shop floor, cleaning, stock rotation). Reliability and dependability as an important part of a small team. A bit of flexibility with shifts – may need to cover slightly different hours as team schedules change.
